台灣賓士高層人事異動公告 Mercedes-Benz Taiwan Top Management Change Notice

我們誠摯宣布，自 2025 年 9 月 1 日 起，賴恩凱 (Mark Raine) 先生將接任台灣賓士總裁暨執行長一職，接替現任總裁 金恩中 (Eun Choong Kim) 先生。

賴恩凱先生自 2002 年加入 Mercedes-Benz 集團，擁有逾 20 年橫跨德國、杜拜、馬來西亞、韓國及南非等市場的豐富國際經驗。近期他負責「Retail of the Future」策略相關業務，並領導海外區域的數位轉型、全方位通路及資訊策略等重點項目。他的全球視野、穩健的領導風格與前瞻性思維，將為台灣賓士注入嶄新動能，推動業務持續發展。

同時，我們誠摯感謝金恩中總裁在任期間對台灣賓士的卓越貢獻。他即將於 2025 年 9 月 1 日 起，調任韓國分公司產品與銷售副總裁一職。在其領導下，台灣賓士不斷提升品牌價值、推動多項創新專案，並穩固市場領導地位。我們衷心祝福金總裁在新的職位上再創佳績。

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Mark Raine as the new President & CEO of Mercedes-Benz Taiwan, effective September 1, 2025, succeeding Mr. Eun Choong Kim.

Mark brings over 20 years of global experience within Mercedes-Benz, having held key leadership roles across Germany, Dubai, Malaysia, Korea, and South Africa. Most recently, he has been leading the Retail of the Future Operations and driving digital transformation, omni-channel strategy, and data initiatives in the Region Overseas. His international background, strong leadership, and forward-looking mindset position him well to lead Mercedes-Benz Taiwan into its next chapter.

We would also like to take this opportunity to thank Mr. Eun Choong Kim, who will assume the role of Vice President Product & Sales at Mercedes-Benz Korea Ltd.. Under his leadership, Mercedes-Benz Taiwan has strengthened its market position, introduced numerous innovations, and elevated the brand’s value. We deeply appreciate his outstanding contributions and wish him continued success in his new role.
